We build & test before doors
Racks, antennas, access points and VLANs go in and get load-tested on the build day, payments, ticketing and public WiFi all proven before a single guest arrives.
We run it live, then hand you the report
Our crew watches the panel through the whole event and moves capacity with the crowd. Afterwards you get the logs and a plain-English debrief.

Questions organisers ask
Can you guarantee EFTPOS stays up if the crowd kills the WiFi?
That's the design. Payments, card machines, box office and POS, run on their own ring-fenced VLAN with priority and a dedicated backhaul path, completely separate from public WiFi. A saturated guest network physically cannot starve the tap-to-pay.
What about a site with no internet, a paddock or a showground?
We bring the connection with us. Multiple mobile carriers bonded together for capacity, with a Starlink satellite link as a failover, feeding a comms rack with its own power. If one carrier drops, traffic moves to another without anyone noticing.
Do you cover staff, vendors and the public separately?
Yes, separate SSIDs and VLANs for staff/production, traders and public, each sized for its load. Traders get a reliable lane for their EFTPOS and stock; the public network can be busy without ever touching the parts that run the event.
Is your gear OK outdoors in the rain?
Yes. We use IP65-rated weatherproof access points and enclosures designed to run through rain, dust and heat, mounted properly on mast and antenna kit and powered off a fused rack with battery and POE, not consumer gear taped to a tent.
What do we get after the event?
Every minute is logged, throughput, device counts and uptime, so you get a clear report of how the network performed and where it ran hot. It feeds straight into planning a bigger build next year.
