What we do
Event WiFi and the whole network for your event, payments first.
From the card machine at the bar to the scanner at the gate to the public WiFi in the crowd, it's one connected system. We design it for your site, build and prove it before doors, and run it live with our crew on the ground.
What we run
Everything that needs to stay up when the crowd's in, each on its own protected lane.
Guaranteed EFTPOS & payments
Card machines on a ring-fenced VLAN with priority and dedicated backhaul, so payments never compete with public WiFi.
Event WiFi, staff, vendor & public
Separate SSIDs for production, traders and guests, each sized for peak load so it holds at gates-open.
Ticketing & POS networks
Gate scanners and trader point-of-sale on a reliable, low-latency lane so entry keeps moving.
Crowd-safety CCTV
Networked cameras feeding the control room over the same backbone, for entry points, stages and crowd flow. Licensed install subcontracted where the job calls for it.
Two-way comms
Radio and IP comms for your crew across the whole site, including the dead spots a single repeater never reaches.
Backhaul & power
Bonded 4G/5G plus Starlink backup, with a comms rack, battery and POE brought to any site.
The kit, and why it's built this way
Carrier-grade gear, configured for one shot at the day, not consumer boxes hoping for the best.
Point-to-point bridges
Cisco and Mikrotik P2P links on mast and antenna kit beam bandwidth across the site, gate to control room, stage to comms tent, without trenching cable through a crowd.
Per-area VLANs
Every zone and service gets its own VLAN, so payments, ticketing, production and public traffic stay separated and one can never drag another down.
4G pack, battery & POE
A self-contained connectivity pack, bonded 4G, battery backup and Power-over-Ethernet, drops a working node anywhere on site, no mains needed.
Raspberry Pi conditions logger
An on-site logger tracks rack temperature, voltage and conditions through the event, so we catch a hot rack or a sagging supply before it becomes an outage.
IP65 weatherproofing
Access points and enclosures rated for rain, dust and heat. The forecast turning is a known risk we plan for, not a reason the network drops.
Live panel & logging
One dashboard shows devices, throughput and uptime per zone in real time, and logs every minute, so we steer capacity during the show and hand you a report after.
How a job runs
Done-for-you, end to end. You brief us; we deliver a network that's been proven before a guest arrives.
Design for your site
We walk the ground, map coverage and peak load, and spec the backhaul, VLANs and gear your event actually needs.
Build & load-test before doors
Racks, links, access points and VLANs go in on the build day and get tested under load, payments, ticketing and WiFi all proven first.
Run live & debrief
Our crew watches the panel and moves capacity with the crowd through the event, then hands you the logs and a plain-English report.
Who it's for
Festivals & music events
Multi-stage sites where payments, ticketing and public WiFi all spike at once, and the connection has to come from a paddock.
Production companies
You run the show; we're the network subcontractor who turns up with the infrastructure and crew, not a box and a hope.
Markets & food-truck operators
Rows of traders who live and die on EFTPOS. A reliable payments lane is the difference between a good day and refunds.
Expos & sporting events
Halls and grounds where exhibitor stands, ticketing and crowd WiFi all need their own slice of a network that holds.
Questions organisers ask
Can you guarantee EFTPOS stays up if the public WiFi gets hammered?
Yes. Payments run on their own ring-fenced VLAN with priority and dedicated backhaul, completely separate from public WiFi so a saturated guest network cannot touch the card machines.
Can you provide internet on a site with no connection at all?
Yes. Bonded 4G/5G with Starlink backup, feeding a comms rack with its own power. If one link drops, traffic moves to another automatically.
Do you separate staff, vendor and public networks?
Yes, separate SSIDs and VLANs for staff, traders and public, each sized for its load. Public WiFi never touches payments or ticketing.
Is your equipment built for outdoors and bad weather?
Yes. IP65-rated weatherproof access points on proper mast kit, powered from a fused rack with battery and POE, with an on-site logger watching temperature and voltage.
Are you licensed electricians or security installers?
No, we're a network crew. We do design, integration, install and on-site support, and subcontract licensed trades where needed.
Tell us about your event.
The site, the dates and roughly the crowd. We'll come back with a plan and a price, no obligation, no jargon.
